Quality of Service/Products from Gaffashion

Gaffashion selects the best raw materials for manufacturing the items it sells. Before shipping, quality control is conducted on all pieces.

Upon receiving the items, you should inspect their condition before putting them up for sale. Any anomalies, defects, or shipping errors must be reported immediately, within a maximum of 5 working days.

To preserve the original quality of leather products, customers/consumers must use them properly from the moment of purchase:

  • Do not expose the products to heat sources and/or humidity.
  • Do not place adhesive price tags directly on the products.
  • Do not expose the products to direct sunlight or strong artificial lights for extended periods.

Gaffashion ensures the quality of its products and customer care, and it takes responsibility for manufacturing defects. However, it is the customer’s/consumer’s responsibility to ensure proper use and maintenance.

If consumers, after purchasing the product, wish to file a complaint about a manufacturing defect and the retailer agrees with this assessment, they should contact Gaffashion immediately.


Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

All purchases made on b2b.gaffashion.com come with Gaffashion's satisfaction guarantee, offering greater confidence at the time of purchase. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations or satisfy you, an exchange is guaranteed by Gaffashion, provided it is reported within 5 working days.

Note: Gaffashion maintains a sales representative compensation policy regardless of whether purchases are made online or directly through the representative.


General Rules

To return or exchange items, you must contact Gaffashion immediately. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for items in perfect condition and in the same state as they were sent (i.e., return the item without removing the paper tags, inside the original box).
The retailer is responsible for delivering the item and covering the respective shipping costs. The address for shipment will be provided in the return authorization.
Once the return is received, the product will be analyzed, and the Gaffashion team will contact the retailer to resolve the issue in the best possible way for both parties.
For exchanges, the item to be sent must be of equal or greater value than the returned item.
If you wish to exchange an item and the returned item is not in its original state of conservation or does not include the original box, paper tags, and any gifts that may have been received, you must make an advance bank transfer of €6 to cover the shipping costs of the new item.
