You have 15 consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order to return/exchange the item.

To return/exchange items, you must request it via the website, in your reserved area, or using the link you received when placing the order.

Only items in perfect condition and in the same state as they were sent (return the item without removing the paper tags, inside the original box) will be accepted for returns/exchanges.

The delivery of the item and the respective transport costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and the address for the shipment of the item will be identified in the return authorization.

After receiving the return, the amount will be refunded by Gaffashion through a bank transfer (for this, you must provide us with the account details - Portuguese bank - to process the refund).

In case of exchange, the item to be sent must have an equal or higher value than the returned item.

If you wish to exchange and the returned item is not in the same original condition or does not include the original box, paper tags, and any offers you may have received, you must make an advance bank transfer of €6 to cover the shipping costs of the new item.

The customer's rights to exchange or return do not apply in the following circumstances:

• Customized or personalized product (photo and/or text) specifically for you that does not show any error on our part in the customization, manufacturing defect, or malfunction;
• If the products have been returned with signs of use, have not been sent to us in their original packaging, or have not been properly cared for while in your possession.
